An On-chain Tragicomedy

Cripto Book Cover

A gripping novella that unfolds across Mexico, from Cancún beaches to the streets of Guadalajara. Cripto draws inspiration from the explosion of cryptocurrency scams, revealing the mechanics behind and their human cost. The story examines how the facade of innovation often masks old-fashioned greed and how the promise of easy money cuts across cultural and socioeconomic boundaries.

SYNOPSIS

Tyler Hollis thought he'd outsmarted the system. After making millions from a cryptocurrency scam, the American tech bro is living it up in Cancún with Alma, his enigmatic Spanish partner. But when the real cartel comes knocking—furious at their lost investment—Tyler and Alma are plunged into a world of corruption and survival. Dragged from luxury suites to cartel safehouses and backroom offices, their only way out may be to build a new crypto scam under brutal supervision. Cripto is a noir tale of greed and tech where every transaction has a price.
